We are at ILAJAK MEDICAL Attributable to IMTILAK GROUP hiring an English speaker Medical Consultant for our Istanbul Office, In this role at our contact center, you have the unique opportunity to provide outstanding .customer service for our company.
Requirements:
. Have Turkish citizenship or temporary protection card from Istanbul.
· Skills and Abilities to maintain a positive attitude and maintain telephone skills throughout shift assignment.
· The applicant must hold a university degree or institute diploma at a minimum.
· Must have experience working on computers, within multiple database Strong customer service and listening skills.
· Ability to work well under pressure Ability to follow precise direction consistently without continuous supervision.
· Have a good conversation in English language.
· Possess strong communication and problem solving skills
· Must have the ability to write clear and concise correspondence.
· The applicant must have previous experience in communicating with clients.
· The accommodation should be in Istanbul.
· Must be able to maintain a professional appearance and attitude
Required Language Skills:
· Arabic – Native language
· English – Fluent language
